of great healing power and you will feel moments of ecstasy and
encantment.

This “CD” has as a base the seven musics of the
“Alta Musical Energy” therapy. It's “psycho musical” structure has
the intention of improving the therapy adding five highly relaxing
and energizing musics with the following purpose:
a. Enlarge the restructuring process with the songs: “Constructive
Loss” and “New Attitude” giving a new meaning to our life time
losses, cutting out depression and improvising the self respect.
b. Deepen the experience of purification with the music “Serenity”.
c. Improve the strength with the music “Perseverance”.
d. Excel the integration with the supreme energy with the music
“Plenitude”.
The result of the inclusion of these themes is the obtaining of a
high level of harmonization and interior balance as well as new and
stimulating consciousness stages.
Thus, this CD has the following “psycho-musical” estructure
PHASES AND SONGS:

PROCEDURES AND MUSICALS THEMES:
Now we guide the listener to the mentalization of the music's using
“EW-Energetic Words” (words of high vibrational containing that
stimulate the bioenergetics system) where they should be indicated,
in case you want to reinforce the psychological stimulation process,
making the interior recitation according to the signification of the
musical themes on the course of the various process phases. We
emphasize that this mentalization surely will result in better
benefits but the listener can simply listen to the music that for
it's beauty and energy will also promote excellent results.
PROCEDURES:
1)
Sit or lay down comfortably maintaining the back erect and the body
relaxed.
2)
Release the arms and move your head from side to side (three times),
freeingthe musclesof your neck.
3)
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, closing your eyes softly.
4)
With your eyes closed, face up (if sitting) or backwards (if laying)
in a 30º degree angle.
5)
From this angle, look at the tip of your nose for thirty seconds.
Repeat three times.
6)
Always breath slowly, imagining mind and body well relaxed. Try to
feel your body sensations throughout the process, your breathing
rhythm, your heart beating, enjoying the entrance and permanence in
the profound level of relaxation.
7)
At the end of the process, lay down for a few minutes so that the
flow of benefic energy exerts its influence. Open your eyes slowly,
returning to the state of vigil.
MUSICALS THEMES:
1) ABSENCE FROM YOURSELF (4:43);
This music starts the stage of interiorization. This process is
induced by a share on it's partiture containing a sequence of
repeated chords on descending chromatism. This harmonic repetition
on the alteration of it's vibration frequency induces by it's
magnetism the change of brain frequency from the beta to alpha level.
We recommend to the listener to imagine himself slowly getting down
the stairs in direction to a basement to complete the process. Try
to feel your breathing, each time slower.
2) INTERIOR LIGHT (3:11);
The Restructuration phase has its beginning with this beautiful
music. Its purpose is to set alright a flash of lights that will
illuminate your interior to better identify and take out the traumas
and other old things there stored. Don't be afraid to go deep inside
yourself, you will find and identify the defilements, and stains
constituted by mistakes and traumas of the past, such as: envy, hate,
sorrow and resentment. Keep yourself on the analysis of each problem.
See to your priorities and go step by step. Afterwards repeat to
yourself: this problem is taken out of my mind matrix and nothing
will impede my growth. Mentalize the EW: Interior Light, Interior
Light … Etc.
3) CONSTRUCTIVE LOSS (3:32);
The purpose of this music is to realize a job in the sense of
minimizing the negative influences resulted the losses by the
traumas they cause. When they obey the natural process of life their
absorption is easily made even if they cause us pain. But when they
occur on an unexpected way the losses may be extremely traumatic,
thus making a highly harmful interior process in our “body mind”
system. The outstanding stress caused by this fact brings as a
consequence the appearing of several psycho emotional problems which
manifest themselves in many kinds of sickness, mainly caused by the
weakening of your immunological system.
Although this may be a morbid remembrance, a job on the sense of
minimizing its influence is highly advisable. This way, during the
audition of this music make a detailed analysis of the losses that
may have been causing you problems, trying to change its meaning,
cutting out the interior revolutions and accepting the fact as an
effect of the high designations which sometimes are impossible to
understand and accept.
4) NEW ATTITUDE (4:19);
When we're passing through difficulties or have constant failures,
or when the occurrence of violent traumas, many times we may feel
moments of high depression. If we don't take steps to balance the
situation this feeling may get worse taking us to continuous
depressive stages causing a continuous tiredness and chronic
depression. To minimize these effects or to cut them out the author
composed this remarking musical theme which its rhythm is a
stimulating factor to recuperate these unbalanced situation. The
music “New Attitude” as its own name, indicates a new stand in life
and inherently its composition characterized by outstanding musical
paragraphs, where the instruments used in the arrangement specially
the metal ones have an enormous effect that lead us to enthusiasm
and self respect behavior making us feel courageous and respecting
ourselves.
5) RENEWAL (3:27);
The “Renewal” music is the second stage of the “Restructuring” phase.
Imagine that the energy of your chords will promote the sense of a
truly transformation in your interior, in your physical body as well
as in your energetic body. Be sure that your interior transformation
is the base to operate changing process in your life.
Cultivate the virtue of simplicity which ethic derivates from
perpetual traditions. She is the conscience that will make think
over your values, thus creating noble feelings. Feel in your mind
with sound, happy and optimistic ideas. Feel the energy of this
music bringing favorable things to you. You're improving each time
more. Be sure that you're the only one in the world, thus very
necessary. You're getting a new physiology.

6) COMPASSION (5:13);
Now you're going to start the “Purification” phase with the music “Compassion”.
Let's make a change of feeling to expand your heart. The compassion
isn't an accidental human feeling. It's caused by the nature
tendencies in conformity with the evolution process. All the living
organisms show behavior patterns that put their interest's above all
individual interests. Such as: the cells that don't worn for
themselves, but for the integrity of the tissue they belong to. This
way your heart can't be tough, try to soften and expand it.
Mentalize all those people that in any way have caused you harm, one
by one. Forgive them for sure. The forgiveness is a gracious gift
from the offended to the offender, and this way get you back to the
previous innocence situation, no matter what has been the
disagreement, through this profound and beautiful human gesture.
Mentally repeat: there isn't any anger, hate or rancor feeling in my
mind anymore. Now repeat: Compassion....Compassion....Compassion.
7) ALEXIA´S THEME (3:56);
We're going to give a sequence of the “Purification” phase with the
“Alexia´s Theme”. Alexia is a child. The physicho theme of the music
is inspired by its purity, its innocence. To reach a high level of
purity feeling is needed to become a child.
You're going to return to your childhood visualizing the happy plays
that you took part in and the mischief that you had made. Visualize
the happy moments you had with your family and friends during your
childhood. Reviving these gratifying moments produce endorphins that
are a great benefit. Feel the music as a lullaby and express the
child that is inside you.
Mentally repeat: love, love, love; happiness, happiness, happiness.
8) SERENITY (4:34);
Ending the “Purification” phase, this music leads us to moments
which the spiritual love is outstanding. Its sublimity is
characterized for the beauty of its melodic and harmonic live that
leads us to an extreme light and enchanting field. This valuable
experience will set up your mind in high spiritual plans where the
vibrational waves determine felling of peace, love, quiet and
interior, putting yourself into a state of total divine grace, thus
purified.
9) COTTON FIBER (3:17);
Now we're going to strengthen your mind with the syntony in “Cotton
Fibber” that has its nature characterized of being light, thin,
white, resistant and flexible.
While syntonyzing in the music mentally repeat: my mind is as pure
as a cotton fiber, my mind is as pure as a cotton fiber, my mind is
as pure as a cotton fiber.
Now slowly repeat: “Strength of an elephant, lightness of the cotton

10) PERSEVERANCE (3:25);
We'll complete the “strengthening” phase with the music
“Perseverance” which music chore has for characteristic the constant
repetition of chromatic sounds, defining psycho musical theme of
constant permanency that defines the concept on the meaning of
preserving its purposes. The perseverance is the most adequate way
to obtain the success on your actions, and with its stimulations
your mind will be stronger. At the end feel the flow of your vital
energy strengthening your body and mind.
11) ECSTASY (3:08);
Now we're getting into the stage of integration with the musical
theme “Ecstasy”.
The psycho theme of this song intends to establish your perfect
integration with nature and your self. The energy of its chords
stimulates the rising of “kundalini” energy located from the chakra
of the base up to the chakra on the top of the head, going through
the several Chakras on its ascendant journey, energizing them.
Imagine repeated packages of shining and sutle energy, flowing on
the shape of a spiral along your spine, since your sexual organ,
where the “kundalini” stays up to the top of your head. At this
point, your energy will be integrating with the cosmic energy, thus
making the cosmic union.
12) PLENITUDE (5:00);
We complete the integration phase with the music “Plenitude”.
The inspiration of the psycho musical structure of this theme
establishes a connection with nature and with your self. The
plenitude is characterized by a deep feeling where the ego absence
becomes very remarkable, besides living on a state of plain
