- Sit or lay down comfortably maintaining the back erect and the body relaxed.
- Release the arms and move your head from side to side (three times), freeing the muscles of your neck.
- Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, closing your eyes softly.
- With your eyes closed, face up (if sitting) or backwards (if laying) in a 30º degree angle.
- From this angle, look at the tip of your nose for thirty seconds. Repeat this action for three times.
- Always breath slowly, imagining mind and body well relaxed.
- While listening to the 1st. Part - PRELECTION, free your imagination by following the orientation.
- While listening to the 2nd. Part - SONGS, mentalize a wave of energy involving your mind and body.
- Try to feel your body sensations throughout the process, your breathing rhythm, your heart beating, enjoying the entrance and permanence in the profound level of relaxation.
- At the end of the process, lay down for a few minutes so that the flow of benefic energy exerts its influence. Open your eyes slowly, returning to the state of vigil.

- After a few days of use, having fixated the content of the 1st. Part - Prelection, go to the 2nd. Part - Songs.
- Children, because of their pure mind sould only listen to the 2nd. Part - Songs.
